If you are experiencing issues with Miranda IM, we have made several support resources available to help you.
- IRC Channel on FreeNode
- If you would like help with a question you have, go to the #miranda channel on irc.freenode.net. There are always plenty of people there to assist you with any questions you may have.
- Forums
- If you have a question on how to use Miranda IM or want help to solve a problem, you can ask for help in the Miranda IM support forum. The forum is visited by many experienced users and developers and they will do their best to help you. It is recommended that you search through the forum first since most questions have already been answered at least once.
- Wiki
- The wiki provides a vast amount of documentation to help you use Miranda. There are a list of articles covering howtos, troubleshooting and common solutions. The wiki documents many common issues users have experienced and is a great resource for new users.
- Bug Tracker
- If you think you have found a new bug in Miranda IM, please report it to the bug tracker. Before reporting your bug, be sure to browse the list of bugs to see if your issue has already been posted and perhaps to find a possible workaround. Please give as much information as possible to help the developers reproduce and address your problem.
