Facebook Chat Now Available
February 10, 2010 by rainwaterFor those users using the stable latest version of Miranda IM, you can now connect to Facebook using the Jabber protocol. You will find a “Facebook Chat” account type to choose from when you create the Jabber account. Once setup, you can then chat to any of your friends online on the Facebook network.
Today, Facebook enabled their XMPP server to the public for use by 3rd party clients. We will be working to bring even more Facebook specific features to Miranda IM over the near future.
Note: If you are using a testing build, we will provide an update shortly.
