ICQ Message Timeout Issue
April 17, 2009 by koobsThe latest 0.7.18 release of Miranda contains a build of the ICQ protocol that users report has been causing connection freezes and message timeouts. Joe has identified the problem and made a new build of the ICQ available to our users while we roll a new release.
The link above points to a ZIP file which contains a single ICQ.dll file that needs to be extracted into your Miranda /plugins/ folder. For more information or detailed instructions, please see our wiki article on Installing a plugin.
Update: You can now find an updated version of Miranda IM on the download page. Please use this to upgrade your installation.
