Miranda IM 0.8.0 Alpha Build #26 Now Available

Note: Alpha releases are considered unstable and are for experienced Miranda IM testers only.

Okay, build 26 should be last pre-RC1 build for 0.8. In this build:
- massive update for the account management code, including accmgr auto popup when there’re no accounts, fix for old nasty bug with accounts order etc.
- tens of another minor updates & bugfixes for core, mainly considering the menu creation & management code (so called genmenu);
- significant update for tabSRMM & clist_modern, lots of new code.
- some fixes & additions for MSN & AIM protos.
