Miranda IM 0.8.0 Alpha Build #22 Now Available

Build 22 accumulates a bunch of small changes:
- changes in options pages;
- fixes for lockup in MSN+tabSRMM;
- fixes for Scriver & Gadu-Gadu protos;
- many other changes.
