Miranda IM v0.8.0 Build #18

Build 18 is dedicated to the commit #8000, made by Jozef Kučera. In the new thousand of commits we’ll hopefully finish 0.8 and make a lot of interesting stuff :)

In fact, build 18 summarizes the certain stage of the 0.8’s development: now almost all core protos support accounts, cause Boris committed the brand new MSN protocol. Now Miranda supports accounts for AIM, ICQ, IRC, Jabber & MSN protocols, the only exclusion is YAHOO.

Also in build 18:
- new tabSRMM (2.2.1.8);
- new XEP is supported now by Jabber (XEP-0108, User Activity), plus a bunch of new icons drawn by Angelika;
- some fixes for ICQ protocol;
- some minor fixes for the core.
