Miranda IM 0.8.0 Alpha Build #16 Now Available

Build 16 just accumulates some few changes made to the core & core plugin during recent two weeks, nothing new was added.
- some serious changes were made to the clist_modern plugin;
- a few bugfixes for MSN, Jabber & AIM protocols;
- a few changes for the core.
